Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using ASAP to book appointments, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

ASAP is a booking platform that connects customers with local service businesses. ASAP is not a party to the service agreement between you and the business — we are a technology facilitator only.

3. Booking and Cancellations

  • Appointment availability is managed by each business independently
  • Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by each business
  • ASAP is not responsible for missed appointments, service quality, or disputes between customers and businesses
  • Contact the business directly to cancel or reschedule

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information when booking
  • Arrive for your appointment or cancel with reasonable notice
  • Not misuse promo codes (one use per customer unless otherwise stated)
  • Not use ASAP for any unlawful purpose

5. Promo Codes

Promo codes are issued by individual businesses. ASAP does not issue or guarantee promo codes. Each business determines validity, expiry, and terms of their codes.

6. Intellectual Property

ASAP and its logo are the property of the ASAP platform. Business names, logos, and content displayed on storefront pages are the property of the respective businesses.

7. Limitation of Liability

ASAP is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASAP and its operators are not liable for:

  • Service quality provided by businesses
  • Loss or damage arising from booking errors
  • Technical issues, downtime, or data loss
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid through the ASAP platform (which is $0 if no payments are processed through us).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ASAP after changes constitutes acceptance.
