When you book an appointment through ASAP, we collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number (provided by you during booking)
  • Appointment details (service, date, time, staff member)
  • Notes or messages you include with your booking
  • IP address and browser information (collected automatically)

We do not collect payment information through ASAP.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Confirm your booking and send appointment reminders
  • Allow the business to manage and fulfil your appointment
  • Send transactional emails (confirmation, reminders) via Resend
  • Improve the reliability of our service

We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Information Sharing

Your booking information is shared with:

  • The business you booked with (they receive your name, phone, email, and appointment details)
  • Supabase (our database and infrastructure provider — data stored in the United States)
  • Resend (our email delivery provider)

These third-party providers have their own privacy policies and security practices.

4. Data Retention

We retain your booking information for as long as the business maintains an active account with ASAP. You may request deletion of your data by contacting the business directly or emailing us.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure data storage through Supabase. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of ASAP constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
